OVERVIEW
The Course delivers comprehensive and latest knowledge and skills to be a successful specification writer. The aim of the Course is to deliver effective skills and knowledge needed for a career in construction, real estate or facility management. On completion of this course you will be able to; demonstrate the legal importance of specifications and the differing types and forms commonly used in different types of operations, ensure that the appropriate forms of specification are being used by your organisation, and that they are legally sound and correctly transfer risk to the supply base, structure the specification itself, and properly measure contractor/supplier performance.

COURSE LENGTH
There is no prescribed duration of the Course. However, Two hours per day study will normally complete the Course in 3 months. However, the duration is directly depend on the time spent and effort given to studies.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

IGCSE or similar with 6 subjects, and
An Engineering qualification, or
⦁ 5 years experience in an Engineering office, or
⦁ 4 years experience in a supervisory level in Construction.
